Timekeeping Implementation Specialist

The Timekeeping Implementation Specialist is responsible for the setup, configuration, training, and ongoing support of Questco's Time and Attendance solutions for new and existing clients. This role serves as a hands-on technical resource, guiding clients through system implementation, delivering effective end-user training, and troubleshooting issues to ensure timekeeping systems function accurately and reliably. The ideal candidate has a strong aptitude for learning technical systems, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused, problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

•       Configure and set up Time and Attendance systems and Expense platforms used by Questco for new and existing clients.

•       Partner with clients to gather requirements and tailor system configuration to their specific business needs.

•       Deliver clear, effective training to clients and end users on system functionality, navigation, and best practices.

•       Create and maintain user-friendly training materials and documentation to support system adoption.

•       Test system configurations prior to go-live to confirm accuracy and functionality.

•       Troubleshoot and resolve client-reported issues related to timekeeping setup, functionality, and data accuracy.

•       Perform manual time calculations to validate system output and identify discrepancies.

•       Conduct audits of client timekeeping configurations, including PTO and pay rule settings.

•       Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout implementation and ongoing support.

•       Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior team members or vendors and follow through to resolution.

•       Document software defects, client concerns, and system gaps, and communicate them to the appropriate internal team.

•       Maintain up-to-date knowledge of system updates, releases, and industry/regulatory changes affecting timekeeping.

•       Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth client experience from implementation through support.

•       Fully utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation, communication, and reporting.

•       Perform all other duties as assigned, with a commitment to excellence.

Required Qualifications:

•       Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer support, technical support, or software implementation role.

•       Experience in the PEO (Professional Employer Organization) industry preferred.

•       Prior exposure to PrismHR or similar HRIS/Time and Attendance systems is strongly preferred.

Required Skills:

•       Working knowledge of federal/state wage and hour laws as they relate to timekeeping preferred.

•       Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.

•       Strong training and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

•       High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

•       Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

•       Ability to manage multiple client implementations and support requests simultaneously.

•       Strong written and verbal communication skills.

•       Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

•       Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately.

Physical Requirements and Language Skills:

•       Must be able to work flexible hours as needed to meet business demands.

•       Frequent computer use requiring wrist/finger movement and prolonged sitting.

•       Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs periodically.

•       Occasional bending, reaching, pulling, stooping, and pushing.

•       Must be fluent in English (speak, read, and write).
