Benefits Specialist II
About the Role
At Questco, the Benefits Specialist II position is a vital role to our organization, as it involves managing and administering our employee benefits programs. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of benefits regulations and procedures.
What You'll Work On
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and worksite employees, providing expert advice and support.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Staying updated on regulatory changes and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and standards.
- Data Management and Analysis: Ensuring data accuracy, generating reports, and conducting audits to identify trends and potential issues.
- Process Management: Overseeing and optimizing key benefit processes, such as Open Enrollment, claims resolution, and eligibility verification.
- Benefits Expertise: Possessing a deep understanding of benefits regulations, plans, and procedures to effectively guide and assist clients and employees.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience in benefits administration or a related role, with a strong understanding of benefit plans and benefits compliance principles and practices.
- MS Office Suite experience needed, including MS Excel.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly PrismHR, strongly preferred.
- Prior PEO experience preferred, preferably in Benefits.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
